Channeling Sessions - Do you long to find answers to your deep inner questions?
Channeling . . . The term elicits many things for many people.
Is it far out and new age? I guess some would say so.
But for me it is a very safe, blessed moment of connecting with the inner wisdom and divine guidance that each of us can receive inside of ourselves. I've learned that it is a down-to-earth, practical and powerful way to get answers.
When you read your channeled session . . . well, many people find that these things happen:
- You receive confirmation of your inner knowing.
- You become aware of your soul intentions.
- You discover new ways to understand your daily concerns.
- You expand your view to see things from a greater perspective.
- You discover the answers that will soothe your soul and nourish your heart.
- You find solutions to your struggles with the business of life.
- You become clear and decisive in your actions.
- You become inspired to step more fully into your purpose.
Just what is going on when I channel for you?
- I contact my inner guides and ask them your question(s).
- My guides contact your guides with the question.
- Your guides' answers and wisdom is then relayed back through my guides to me.
- I type onto the page the message I receive and email it to you.
My guides describe this encounter as being like a party amongst all these spiritual beings.
Who are these "guides"?
Since we each have words that jump out with deep meaning for us, yet other words that we don't like at all, you can replace "guides" with a term that resonates for you, such as: your higher self, your guardian angels, a spiritual master, God, Source Energy, the Universe, or . . . whatever you would like to call those beings who provide the guidance you need.
How does a channeling session work?
- You email me at Minda@iListentoSpirit.com with one or a few of your questions and concerns that you wish your guides to address in the channeling. What are the burning questions that you long to have guidance on? Your guides decide how they will reply to the questions - they may choose to respond to one or several aspects.
- Meanwhile, send in your payment (see below). When received, I will email you confirmation and let you know approximately when to expect your written channeling (usually 3 to 10 days).
- I then channel your session with the guides - this is the big moment! (Even though from the outside view I am just sitting at my desk typing.)
- I email you the Word document, which is approximately 3 to 4 pages long.
- It is recommended that you choose to give yourself a special moment to read your channeling - a quiet moment when you are in an open, relaxed, receptive state, not distracted or disturbed - in order to fully receive the blessing of the special time with your guides.
- You can print the channeling out and re-read it over and over - an excellent way to absorb even more healing energy and understanding and to better integrate it into your life.
- Some of my clients benefit from follow-up coaching sessions to integrate this guidance (see description below).

$100 per one-hour session*
or $250 for three sessions (you and/or friends)

In coaching I use this same intuition as used for channeling to help you bring out your inner wisdom. I am a listener, and by nature a channel listens and hears the stream of guidance that comes through you, for you. It is my role to help you clarify your ideas, find your direction, recognize the steps that you can take to inspire you to create your life with the ZING that you've been looking for!

How do coaching sessions work?
- We start with a FREE 20-minute chat. Email me at Minda@iListentoSpirit.com with your Skype and/or phone number and time zone, along with a couple of preferred times for the chat. I will confirm my availability by reply email.
- During the chat, you may tell me your concerns and sense whether I can help you.
- To reserve your coaching session(s), send in your payment via Paypal (see below).
- Sessions are held over Skype or telephone (you call me at appointment time).
- Sessions are usually scheduled weekly or every other week.

Message for a Woman Looking for Purpose, excerpt
Instead focus on what you are doing here on Earth and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy it. Thus your light will shine brighter. The cloud of self-regard over your head, checking for "perfectionism" will gradually lift, and you will become lighter, freer, more able to fly through your day and flit through all the tasks and sort of bounce from one thing to another, like on your trampoline - so each thing will have that lightness of being, that momentum, that rebound, that primal energy. And oh, such simplicity and joy.
Your brain, oddly enough, needs only the half of what is in it. You can empty it all out, like a spring cleaning, and then organize and place maybe only the half of it back into a nice order, as far as the "information" you feel you need in your life, to guide your duties, etc. That way you can flow from your intuition much more smoothly, as you flit about between your tasks.
There is no way you can NOT do what you came here to do. It happens naturally at every moment. The only hang-up is when you feel the need, the nudge, to question what you are doing. Shall we say that that is a non-productive line of questioning. You could pretty much choose left or right, high or low, top or bottom, and it would give the same result.
One way you can allow more of this into your life is to sit and bathe in the light of this vision (of joy and fulfillment) just before each activity - for just a second before you lift your hand to paint, for a second before you feed a meal to someone, before you give a hug, write a letter, pat a head, make a call. For one second feel the warm light of pure success and wholeness, the YOU in all your glory, shining through the moment. This exercise alone will give you much energy and healing.
For you have a tiny sore spot, like a tiny bruise on your soul, which is where you forgot a certain vital message - that of your own perfection.
Message for a Businessman, excerpt
In all the excitement of your expansion, in this period of incredible growth for you, what is missing is simply a moment of quiet time before you act, before you respond, before you enter into the next process. At that moment, you can simply pose the inner question: Yes, on track? Or no, deviating from my path? In this moment of reflection, we will give you the clear signal, response, if it is what you have set up with us in your intentions, those which you make with us in times of greater equanimity, on the inner planes, or on the "inner" as you say. So then you can enhance these inner council moments with us at other times, when you will construct, build, create, design what is coming next for you, in more peaceful and more objective moments.
You can set these moments up as a meditation time. Give yourself 15 minutes of solitude, quiet, listening to inside directives - you can just let the time flow by. In this attentive period, you may not be aware of the construction which is occurring, but know that we are using these periods to reconstruct your inner brain synapses, we are reconnecting things which need to be organized, rebalanced, we are reforming alliances of parts of your psyche and wiring, so to speak, so that you will remain at the peak of your power when you are in action in the world.
Ask for the guidance of how to flow smooth. It will increase the speed of your success enormously as you realize that the goal and the way to get to the goal are one and the same. No speed is too fast or too slow when these are in harmony. It is an illusion that speedy arrival is worth the cost of friction. You have all the time you need to accomplish this and the more powerfully you develop the systems to great harmony, inner and with others and between the groups, the more you will build up powerful momentum.
Message for a Young Writer, excerpt
Know that your path is going just beautifully. The steps you are taking are perfect for where you have chosen to place the emphasis in this lifetime. You are very in tune with the guidance we give you; when we see something that you have overlooked, we tell you and you hear us very well. It is through indirect means at the present time, but if you would like to have more direct communication with us, as you said, you can do that very easily. Because of your great writing skills, you also can hear us very easily. Practice using discernment to distinguish the various influences which you let into your consciousness. You are not using too much discretion right now, and you are pretty open to a lot of energies as you meander in your creative way through certain regions where your stories are nourished. But it is in your power to set the intention that you will only wander in areas where goodness and light will be promulgated. That does not mean that your stories and characters must be dull and boring, but the action and scenarios will come back to meanings which uplift those who partake of them. For now you have been practicing with a multitude of energies, but eventually you will become more discerning and begin to find those which will be more instrumental for great good and spreading great light through you and your creations.
It is not a problem, because those which are less positively oriented will shed off like the way dead skin just flakes off of your arm. But keep in the forefront of your mind that it is your own intention which guides your creative process. You are not just a "receptor" of ideas that flow into you and you are destined to follow them wherever they take you. No, you are the one who sets the intention, and then all the ideas and words and characters come into being to serve your purpose. You are way more important than you may have imagined in this process.
