5. Guilt and joy

Monday, October 26th, 2009

Dear Guides,

What is the function of guilt? (Note: Julie and I were laughing as we set up this session, talking about joy and how next time we would ask for a better understanding of how to be joyful.)

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 10.20.2009:

Dear ones,

Never have you imagined something so beautiful and powerful as the impact of joy creation in your own world. This fireworks is a lot of what people seek when they decide to re-inhabit your Earth. They long to be a part of the creation of this beauty and to rediscover the process of how it works on whatever level they strive to achieve in understanding. …

However, since you are asking the question about guilt and we have answered the question about joy, we will show you how these two are intimately linked.

Guilt is like a fence around a field of joy. The fence is necessary if there are predators in surrounding areas. The fence keeps the joy safe and intact. That is guilt at its finest form. When guilt is functioning invisibly, it is like an invisible fence, just keeping things in status quo, but not encroaching on anything. It is like a potential helper. Just the fact that it is in place can help a person feel safe. In this way it acts as an alarm system. We could say a fence with an alarm.

4. Disempowered dreamers

Monday, October 19th, 2009

Dear Guides,

Do you have guidance for all the people who have chosen to fly below the radar of corporate culture to pursue a more positive life, yet find themselves far from abundance, disempowered, and unrealized?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 10.13.2009:

…From our side, we see these souls, many of whom may seem “lost” souls in your setting, as flag bearers, leaders of some part of the forward movement. It is a role that is demanding, because they must be more than ever-conscious, aware, in tune with their own selves, the Universe, their intuition, the calling within them that guides them to move forward and take the steps necessary to stay on their chosen paths. It is not that they have chosen a selfless life of struggle for some future benefit of the masses. It is that they have chosen to express themselves in a different way than many others. And also they have chosen to discover the rewards of their accomplishments in a very different way.

…This new way of working, one person at a time, one inch at a time, one soul at a time, changing the general configuration by the fractal rather than by the big picture, is not yet recognized as an equal method of impact on the world. It is not valued yet. But the truth behind it is that this is the way of working from the inner to the outer. The small is the new big. When one can make minor, tiny shifts within oneself, that is the most valuable and far-reaching step you can take. When you make this minor shift, it echoes across the Universe and throughout your soul chambers and alters the molecular structure of your own self and those around you and those around them and on and on until every corner of the Universe is attained.

3. Freedom from a bad situation

Tuesday, October 13th, 2009

Dear Guides,

How do we know whether we can just walk out of a situation we don’t like, or whether we need to finish dealing with the situation or we will just recreate it?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 10.6.2009:

…Another way of describing it is that you move out of being a victim of the situation and you begin to assume responsibility as a master of the situation. You begin to take the reins into your own hands and start to guide this wild horse into the direction you see as beneficial to yourself, rather than riding the wildly bucking bronco, holding on for dear life, just hoping not to fall off, be trampled, and become destroyed by the situation.

So the freedom comes as you begin to feel the reins in your own hands. Not to jerk the horse to submission, but to channel the horse’s energy into a directed, focused, purposeful ride, so that you harness that great energy and power and move in the direction you seek. And then imagine the freedom you have, with the strength and power to propel you into creating the voyage that you most desire, through the landscape that you choose, to the destination you seek.

And yes, begin to envision the vision of how you would like this situation transformed. Don’t wait an instant to try to see how it would suit you, how it could be in its most cherished outcome. That will save you a lot of time and exasperation and struggle. Your puzzle will come into focus oh so much more quickly and you will much sooner reap the rewards of your practice.

2. Doing Things for Yourself

Monday, October 5th, 2009

Dear Guides,

What dynamic would cause family members to make me feel guilty when I want to do something for myself (i.e. they have other expectations about what I usually do, or it requires them to do more than their usual responsibilities)?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 9.29.2009:

Dear Ones,

…When this action of following your heart causes you to feel tugs of remorse, or to be sensitive to others’ intimations about your choices, or their judgments about your behavior, then you can know that there is some sort of a gap which you have set up parallel to your heart’s desire which is pulling you in this divisive way. You have set up a dilemma for yourself, not in this moment exactly, but in past similar moments or in the surrounding situations which make it much easier to bifurcate from your own path, to wobble between what you want to have happen and what you expect of yourself and others, which may be of a lesser vibration.

What this means is that if you were true to yourself, things would align, things would work out, such that the path would open without the conflicts. Your desires would realize “miraculously” in the way you have set them up. Because you set in motion all these situations, even if you are not conscious of that in your daily life.

…What we are reminding you is that you can write and re-write the script any way that suits you. Adjust and continue. Re-write, re-think, and you will see that seemingly impossibly quickly the other characters with which you surround yourself will begin to adjust to the new dynamics that you set up.
