14. Solstice Energy

Monday, December 28th, 2009

Dear Guides,

How does the solstice help us to embrace the new and release the old?

Excerpt from Minda’s channelling on 12.22.2009:

Dear ones,

It is exciting to try to share across the veil some of the processes which go on in this miraculous Universe we share together. We are all co-creators, a part of this whole, and as we combine each of our intentions with the manifestations we have created, including all the planets, space, the relationships between all of the heavenly bodies and your own bodies and cells and microorganisms and everything from the smallest to the largest, we are, indeed, creating the new, the next scene that will play out on the stage of your outer world and reflect inside into your inner worlds, and vice versa.

It is a huge creation workshop, and these moments of solstice and physical landmarks / marking points / punctuations allow shifts to happen in a slightly less laborious way. They are windows when things can slip in, manifestations you have been creating but were not quite ready to receive, states of mind you desire but had not been quite ready to wear with conviction. So these moments of changing quadrants of the seasons and of light, of your physical calendar or the way you divide up the time you perceive, these are windows of opportunity to slide in sideways from one reality to another.

This sounds very abstract, but what it means in your own daily life is that these are special moments to be taken advantage of to clarify and magnify your vision of creation. You can review where you have come from on your journey and choose to focus the next segment . . .

13. Embracing Annoying Setbacks

Monday, December 21st, 2009

Dear Guides,

How can we embrace the surprises and unexpected setbacks of daily life, versus feeling bummed out or victimized by these challenges?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling on 12.15.2009:

Dear ones,

You are asking about ways to ride the bumpy cart through the rough and rocky pathways of your life. Yes, the path is strewn with rocks, dust, showers, mud, potholes, obstacles, traffic and things coming at you from every side. It is true that with no foresight and no awareness of what goes on around you, it can be a veritable land of land mines, a war zone, a crowd panic zone, chaos. But with certain tools, you can create some order in the chaos, and develop a perspective which will help you when you are in the trenches - to become less overwhelmed and to feel less bombarded by life’s vagaries. And ultimately you will develop the vision to see these perturbations as gifts, diversions, providing variety and spice in your lives.

If you could see your world as we see it, you would see the divine correctness of all of these interventions. That which seems intrusive to you seems perfectly timed from our perspective, like a well-laid plan being executed to perfection. From where we observe, we see the value of each and every one of these interventions which happen at just the right time, bringing you something which creates the opportunities that you call for. Sometimes these opportunities may appear to you to be negative and uncalled for, but if that is the case, it is probably because you were not consciously aware that you invited them.

12. Attitude of Success

Monday, December 14th, 2009

Dear Guides,

What is the right attitude to assure success in one’s most heartfelt, chosen profession? For example, in the nitty gritty details that we face daily, what attitude would ensure that we do the right things at the right times?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 12.08.2009:

Dear Ones,

The beauty of you seeing your heartfelt profession is so resounding; that alone has an impact on every action that is generated by your being. To keep this image, to grow this image, to enhance this image, to endow it with all of its fullness, its color, its appeal, its magnetism, its power - that is the first step. The more clearly you can see the vision of this profession, why it is your choice, why your heart is engaged in it, why it is compelling to you, all of this understanding and the affirmation of your choice is critical.

It is like having a clear desire to create a certain food or recipe. If you have the vision, the taste, the image of how you would like this to appear once completed, you will have simultaneously created the recipe, the plan for how to attain it.

For there is the other method – you take a few ingredients and throw them together, then get inspired to add this spice and that. Then another spark of genius arrives and you imagine adding this ingredient, and altogether, you create something you never would have expected. This is a method of going with the flow. It is another path to arrive at and create new visions. It is viable, as well. It is a completely different journey.

But for drive, progress, forward propulsion and “getting to where you want to go,” the first example has an appeal and charm, because it is so direct. And if you are the type of person who responds to that clear path, that clear goal, you are in for a wonderful ride, with, we might add, a lot of grace and ease that accompanies it. For there is no shorter path than to see the goal and take the steps necessary to get there.

11. Inner-Outer Contrast

Monday, December 7th, 2009

Dear Guides,

What about the contrast when there seems to be two parts to life - a rich, rewarding inner life and then a very difficult, seemingly unfriendly, rough-with-challenges outer life? What’s the best for us – do we want it to match or are we experiencing what we need in this contrasting situation?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 12.01.2009:

Dear Ones,

The contrast between inside, where you have begun to cultivate an environment where you are creating a safe haven, a place from which you can foray out into the world, and the rough, more difficult experiences you encounter in that outer world, is the playground of your life, the system you have created, the décor in which you have chosen to play out the drama of your lives.  Each play needs a suitable décor, one which reflects the setting in which the action can best take place. Each person creates their own flavor of a setting, just the way that each set designer would choose their own tableau and decorations and settings to enhance the story.

So you choose the set, and put each piece in place, so that when the drama unfolds, it reflects the mood of what is unfolding and enhances the action by creating the appropriate environment. What that means is that if you want to understand more about the play or drama that you have created in your life for right now, you can look at the set design and see what it tells you. Are you creating a lovely and harmonious setting? Or do you find it abrasive and easy to get snagged on as you come around the corners?

Remembering that you are your own set designer, and that you can adjust the set, replace the furniture, colors, design, and every single ingredient that fills this life space of your play. You can begin to fantasize, to realize how you can make some changes, should you desire to do so. This information is to help you take charge of how you people and decorate your life play.
