11. Inner-Outer Contrast

Dear Guides,

What about the contrast when there seems to be two parts to life - a rich, rewarding inner life and then a very difficult, seemingly unfriendly, rough-with-challenges outer life? What’s the best for us – do we want it to match or are we experiencing what we need in this contrasting situation?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling 12.01.2009:

Dear Ones,

The contrast between inside, where you have begun to cultivate an environment where you are creating a safe haven, a place from which you can foray out into the world, and the rough, more difficult experiences you encounter in that outer world, is the playground of your life, the system you have created, the décor in which you have chosen to play out the drama of your lives.  Each play needs a suitable décor, one which reflects the setting in which the action can best take place. Each person creates their own flavor of a setting, just the way that each set designer would choose their own tableau and decorations and settings to enhance the story.

So you choose the set, and put each piece in place, so that when the drama unfolds, it reflects the mood of what is unfolding and enhances the action by creating the appropriate environment. What that means is that if you want to understand more about the play or drama that you have created in your life for right now, you can look at the set design and see what it tells you. Are you creating a lovely and harmonious setting? Or do you find it abrasive and easy to get snagged on as you come around the corners?

Remembering that you are your own set designer, and that you can adjust the set, replace the furniture, colors, design, and every single ingredient that fills this life space of your play. You can begin to fantasize, to realize how you can make some changes, should you desire to do so. This information is to help you take charge of how you people and decorate your life play.
