15. The New Economy

Dear Guides,

What might a new economy look like where money was not the primary motivator, rather people’s aspirations and focus of exchange revolve around creativity and service?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling on 12.29.2009:

Dear ones,

Oh, how exciting and creative of you to envision this question which will allow you to envision the answer, which is the first step to creating the new. You are 100% moving towards light to ask and envision these questions. And by doing this, you bring more and more into the consciousness of the many who surround you and who come in contact with you. This is how the process works to raise consciousness on the planet on which you live.

There are so many, many possible futures for you in your society and on your planet, or in any distinct community, for that matter, as long as there is harmony with those involved. In order to expand your vision of the possibilities, which are in your own power to choose to move towards, think of this range.

On the one hand, there could be a society which totally manifests everything through personal vision and creation, where each individual sees the contents of their universe to be filled with objects of their own creation, juxtaposed and overlaying others with their own visions.

An in-between ground could be one where all peoples share the set of contexts together, but the society does not use counting and measuring and any remuneration at all, or any quantitative measurement at all, and there is only a free-floating sense of well-being that is revered and sought after and “measured” by each individual.

Or it can be more like the current extreme where things are counted, listed, measured against each other, and there is a constant sense of comparison which is suggested, expected and almost encouraged, certainly normalized, which drains a lot of energy in a non-productive way for the most part.
