22. Opening the Heart

Dear Guides,

What does it mean to open one’s heart? How can we open our hearts – to others, to life/God, to loving ourselves? What value or impact does this have?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling on 2.16.2010:

Dear ones,

Here you are speaking of the path of the heart, opening that vessel to the flow, to the influx of love from the force of all love in the Universe, allowing this love to permeate your sometimes-well-protected carapace, something you may have erected to protect your fragile inner spark, to protect it from winds that could make it flutter or sputter out.

First, allow yourself to receive this love within, swirling around, healing and nourishing you. And then the other side of the flow is to pass it back out into the world surrounding you, “sharing the wealth” you have allowed yourself to receive. This currency of love is free to all to receive and recycle and glorify and share and enhance.

In its simplest sense, this is the basis of your abundance, your prosperity in your world. In fact, it is the same in many worlds, all through the Universe, because it is one expression of the life force. You can choose to see everything through this lens. And it can only enhance your vision and your life to consider love as the basis of all, the element from which all is constructed.
