23. Performance Anxiety

Dear Guides,

How can we deal with performance anxiety when we are presenting ourselves or our work and being judged?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling on 2.23.2010:

Dear ones,

If only you could fully understand that your every effort, when aligned with your purpose, your intention, what you wish to achieve with your efforts, is, in fact, a perfect reflection of who you are at any given time. There is no need to “try” to be something that you aren’t.

There is only just fitting your hands into the gloves of who you already are, putting them on, modeling them for others to see, and enjoying your moment of alignment with Spirit and the Universe.

If you can experience this and practice it over and over, this feeling that you are simply putting on your very own gloves, just being who you are, just sharing who you are at the moment, then you will reduce the anxiety and the feeling that you need to prove yourselves.

And at the same time you will reduce a lot of pent-up negative energy which can then be used for much more productive means! Such as experiencing the joy of being who you are! Or the enthusiasm of being in the moment, happy to participate in the game of the unfolding of your own destiny.
