25. Re-Energizing When Fatigued

Dear Guides,

How can we re-energize when we feel fatigued yet need or want to keep going?

Excerpt from Minda’s channeling on 3.9.2010:

Dear ones,

We are here for you. When you don’t have the feeling that you are hooked into an unending source of gas or an open gas station to keep your motors running, know that we are here to give you many ideas of how to fill the tank, or refresh your spirits or water your parched throats, or light your fires to keep jigging and jogging.

Use the moment of impending fatigue, the slow-down of the energy, the quieting of the mind to your own advantage. Thank your body for giving you the signs it gives you about who you are and how you feel in a given moment.

Take a moment to consider, “Could I rest? Do I need some pampering at this moment? Am I longing to be more in touch with my inner self, my needs, to feel connected to my reason for living?” Give your body and spirit the chance to add input, to speak out that there is something that is being overlooked at the moment - if you have the time just then.

If it is a question of being in action and there is no chance to stop and reflect, it is a matter of getting the job done and what is needed is to continue the flow of energy and keep on moving forward, even through a flagging moment, then you can access your deeper reserves.

You have pockets of reserves strategically placed all throughout your body and mind, like socks with emergency dollars hidden around the house. We can guide you to find those reserves.
